Hi priti, i luv ur ideas. They r actually wat m luking 4. I hv a newly built house(though small) its 60x 30 n was done in a hury bury. I dnt wnt 2 repeat the mistakes again. Vry soon v plan to build the 1st flr. V would like a small balcony and a big bathroom facing the sun as v live in ladakh where winters r harsh. Plus a living room nd a bedroom.
